King prawns marinated with salt, pepper, coriander roots, curry powder & coconut cream served on bamboo skewers. Grilled & served with homemade peanut sauce & vegetable relish.

Honey Pork
Marinated sliced pork with honey & Thai herbs, salt, pepper, soy & oyster sauces, deep fried & garnished with sesame seeds.

Chicken Satay (N)
Sliced chicken breast marinated with Thai herbs on bamboo skewers. Grilled & served with home made peanut sauce & vegetable relish.

Spring Rolls
Hand-rolled spring rolls filled with carrots, cabbage, vermicelli grass noodles, salt & sugar. Deep fried until golden brown & crispy, served with sweet chilli sauce.

Main Courses

Lamb Massaman Curry (N)
Pieces of tender lamb stewed in massaman curry, coconut milk, potatoes, onions, palm sugar & cashew nuts. Made with turmeric, star anise, cardamom, cinnamon & chilli. A favourite dish of the Thai Royal Family, dating back to the 16th Century. Chef's speciality dish.

Stir Fried King Prawn Curry
King prawns stir fried with curry powder, celery, onions, green & red peppers, spring onions & egg, seasoned with fish sauce & sugar.

Weeping Tiger
Classical Thai-style sirloin steak, grilled & served on a sizzling plate with a hot & tangy chilli sauce, drizzled with a black pepper sauce.
