Papaya Salad | Som Tum (N) (S) (GF)
One of the most popular dishes in Thailand. 
Shredded green papaya, carrots, cherry tomatoes & fine beans pounded with a pestle & mortar with lime, garlic, fish sauce, peanuts, chilli & palm sugar.
