Grilled Sirloin steak, chicken breast, king prawns & lamb chops. All marinated with Thai herbs grilled & flambéed with whisky. Served with Panang, green curry & peanut sauces as well as a seafood dressing.

Classical Thai-style sirloin steak, grilled & served on a sizzling plate with a hot & tangy chilli sauce, drizzled with a black pepper sauce.


Gae Yang | Lamb Tenderloin
Lamb tenderloin marinated with Thai herbs, grilled & served on a sizzling plate drizzled with a black pepper sauce, topped with sliced spring onions, red chilli, sesame seeds & teriyaki sauce.


Chee Clong Kae Yang | Grilled Lamb Chop
Lamb chop marinated with garlic, salt, pepper, coriander root, along with soy & oyster sauces. Grilled & served on a sizzling plate drizzled with taramind sauce. 


Gai Nutty | Grilled Peanut Chicken (N)
Chicken breast marinated with salt, pepper, coriander root, soy sauce & turmeric, grilled & topped with peanut sauce, vegetable relish & sprinkled with sesame seeds. 
Chef's speciality dish.


Ped Makham | Duck Tamarind (N)
Roasted duck cooked in a taramind sauce topped with fried shallots & cashew nuts.
